In order to protect the privacy of our customers and citizens, we adopt the principle of privacy by design in all our daily processes, managing data processing in the best possible way by means of the Privacy Management System (PMS).

We follow the principles and provisions set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into force in 2018, with which the European Commission established guidelines to strengthen the protection of EU citizens' personal data by standardising member countries’ national privacy laws.
