Certified Email (PEC) guarantees the receipt and integrity of the message sent to the recipient.

For all legal purposes, the sending of a certified email is equivalent to the sending of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Certified email boxes can only receive correspondence coming from another certified email box and send messages to users who also have a certified email box.

Consequently, Sogei automatically rejects all correspondence originating from a sender’s non-certified email and forwarded to the certified email boxes listed below.

The institutional email box integrated with the computer protocol system, which is to be used for correspondence;

The email box for the exclusive use of the Judicial Authorities and Institutional Clients, through which it is possible to request the tracing of operations recorded and managed in the archives of the Tax Information System, concerning information of a confidential nature considered as protected data;

The email box to be used in the case of subcontracts and sub-subcontracting in order to communicate requirements relating to the regularity of the payroll and to send receipted invoices together with the "Subcontractor Activities" form;
